One-on-One Personalized Training
Using my education and years of experience, I will start with a consultation and a movement assessment. During the consultation, we will assess different aspects of your day-to-day lifestyle: from your eating, daily routine, and sleeping habits to your form and technique on the gym floor. Whether you’re a beginner, a regular gym goer, or advanced trainee, I will put together a customized program based on your goals and lifestyle to make sure you achieve optimal results in the safest way possible. Each One-on-One session lasts 60 minutes.
Partner Training
Do you have a friend, family member or spouse you want to work alongside to achieve your health and fitness goals with? Get started with Partner Training. Just like One-on-One training, I will start with a consultation and an assessment of the two of you. I will put together a customized program that works for both of you to make sure we achieve your goals while maintaining an enjoyable lifestyle. Each partner training session is 60 minutes.
Fascial Mobility Table-based Stretching
Fascial Mobility Training is a 45-minute, table based stretch. This session could be used before or after a workout, or even on your rest day. Fascial mobility training has tremendous benefits, including better movement quality, increased range of motion, improved posture, reduced pain and more. Fascial Mobility training may also include foam-rolling overviews and protocols.
Online Training
Online training is an alternative option for those who are looking for coaching from a distance. This option includes an online consultation and online customized program based on goals. As your coach, my commitment to you includes daily check-ins through text or e-mail, weekly progress reports, and optional video calls. Online training is done in blocks of four weeks at a time.
Nutrition Advisor
With every service option, I strive to provide my clients with education and guidance on their nutrition. This may include teaching you how to calculate and count macronutrients through the use of an app or different protocols based on your lifestyle. Nutritional guidance supports clients whose goals include weight loss, weight gain, weight maintenance, and overall lifestyle management. This is all done while ensuring you are able to enjoy your outings with friends and family.
Team Training
Team training is open to groups of 3 – 6 participants. Through the team training option, participants will be able to work on key areas of movement, such as mobility, conditioning, strength and hypertrophy. Team training consistency and length varies on the group’s needs. Team training is a great option for groups of beginners, intermediates, mixed levels or sport specific training. If your group is larger than 6 or is a sport team, please contact me directly to further discuss training. Team training sessions last 60 minutes.
