Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle are a profound passion of mine. From playing baseball at a competitive level for most of my life to other organized sports and weight training, one can say that I've been involved in the fitness community for a very long time. My past and current experiences and education in the world of health and fitness are continuously expanding, with certificates and training in various fields such as strength training, body composition changing, fat loss, fascial mobility and more. This allows me to provide a wide variety of individuals with proper training, regardless of whether you are a beginner or a more advanced individual, I can help you achieve your goals.
